Inclement Weather Policy

In the case of inclement weather, the customer may choose to reschedule their rental with us within 1 year of their original event date or cancel their invoice. If a rental is cancelled and not rescheduled due to weather and invoice has been paid, a full refund will be provided including deposit for multi-unit rentals. We will call the day before and morning of to confirm if a cancellation needs to be made due to inclement weather during your rental period. Rescheduling subject to inventory availability.

Inclement weather includes:

*temperatures below 45 degrees

*greater than 50% chance of rainfall during your rental time

*windspeeds greater than 15mph and windgusts greater than 20mph during your rental time

We appreciate all of our customers understanding when we need to cancel due to these conditions. Burlington Inflatables strives to provide fun but SAFE bounce houses for your events.
